Shiatsu

 

 What is Shiatsu?

 Shiatsu is an effective treatment for rebalancing emotional & physical states, consequently reducing stress and promoting general wellbeing . Treatments are dynamic physical sessions involving stretching, massage, finger point pressure and relaxation techniques. 

 Toxins that build up in   the body are ‘driven’ out through physical manipulation, thus cleansing and refreshing the system and promoting the body’s inate healing capacity.Clients remain fully clothed but need to wear loose, stretchy clothing (tracksuit bottoms & t-shirt are ideal.

 Sessions last for 90 minutes.

 Shiatsu treatments can be ‘one-off’ sessions, however many people enjoy the results so much they prefer to experience regular treatments.
